    Brötchenhälften mit Hummus bestreichen. Brie, Avocado und Spinat auf den Brötchenböden verteilen, Brötchendeckel daraufsetzen, gut zusammendrücken. Holzkohle-/ Gas-/ Elektrogrill: Sandwiches zugedeckt über mittelstarker Glut / auf mittlerer Stufe (ca. 200 Grad) ca. 6 Min. grillieren. Dabei 1-2 Mal wenden.
