  • 400 g vegetarian strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mild paprika
  • 0.5 bunch thyme
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cornichons
  • 1 dl milk
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 dl single cream
  • a little pepper

  • Sauté the Délicorn strips in hot oil for approx. 2 mins., remove and season with paprika. Cut the pepper into strips, slice the gherkins, quarter the mushrooms and sauté in the same pan with the thyme for approx. 3 mins. Add the single cream and milk, bring to the boil, then simmer for approx. 3 mins. Return the Délicorn strips to the pan, heat gently and season.
  • Serve with:

    plain rice
