  • 400 g vegetarian “diced meat”
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. mild paprika powder
  • 1 red pepper
  • 0.5 bunch thyme
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g Cornichons
  • 1 dl milk
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 2 dl single cream
  • a little pepper

  • Sauté diced Délicorn strips in hot oil for approx. 2 minutes, remove and season with paprika. Cut the pepper into strips, slice the cornichons, quarter the mushrooms and sauté them all in the same pan with the thyme for around 3 minutes. Add the single cream and milk, bring to the boil, then simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Return the Délicorn strips to the pan, heat gently and season.
