  • 100 g chocolate spread (e.g. Nutella)
  • 3.5 dl full fat cream
  • 250 g waffles
  • 2 banana, cut into 1-cm-thick slices
  • 0.5 bag dark cake icing (approx. 60 g), melted
  • some chocolate pastilles
  • some nonpareilles

  • Combine the mousse powder and water, stir in the nutella. Beat the cream until almost stiff, fold in carefully.
  • Place two waffles on a plate. Spread 1/4 of the mousse and banana slices on top, repeat the process until all of the waffles have been used. Top with the remaining mousse and banana slices, refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
  • Pour the cake icing over the waffle cake, decorate with chocolate beans and hundreds & thousands.
