  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), cut into pieces
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g white flour

    Beat together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt using the whisk on a hand mixer until the mixture turns a paler colour.
  • Bake

    Melt the chocolate and butter in a thin-sided bowl over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth. Add to the egg mixture. Fold the flour into the batter and fill the prepared cups. Place the cups on an oven tray and bake for approx. 18 min. in the middle of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove, dust with icing sugar, and serve immediately.
  • Vorbereiten:

    Schokoladenküchlein ca. 1/2 Tag im Voraus ofenfertig zubereiten, zugedeckt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Die Backzeit verlängert sich um ca. 7 Minuten.
