  • Lentils
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 150 g green lentils
  • 4 dl vegetable bouillon
  • Salad
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 100 g celery, in feinen Scheiben
  • 1 bunch small radishes, cut into segments
  • 1 apples, cut into slices
  • 1 spring onions mit dem Grün, in Ringen
  • Sweet Potato Triangles
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bag tofu

Instructions

  • Lentils

    Öl in einer Pfanne warm werden lassen. Linsen ca. 3 Min. andämpfen, Bouillon dazugiessen, aufkochen, bei kleiner Hitze ca. 30 Min. knapp weich köcheln, abtropfen.
  • Salad

    Aceto balsamico und Olivenöl in einer grossen Schüssel verrühren, würzen. Linsen, Stangensellerie und alle Zutaten bis und mit Bundzwiebel beigeben, mischen.
  • Sweet Potato Triangles

    Öl in einer Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen, Sweet Potato & Kale beidseitig je ca. 2 Min. braten, mit dem Linsensalat anrichten.
