  • 1 lime, use only the juice
  • 1 kg watermelon, deseeded, cut into pieces
  • 3 peppermint leaf
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

  • Puree the melon and lime juice in a blending cup until smooth. Add the herbs, puree again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Tip:

    If you would prefer your cooler without the bits of fruit, you can pour the liquid through a sieve before adding the herbs.
