  • 1.5 dl coconut water
  • 1 mangoes, in pieces
  • 180 g natural soya desserts
  • 0.5 cucumber, deseeded, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime, use only the juice
  • 1 cm ginger, finely grated

  • Place the wheatgrass and coconut water in a blending cup, puree until smooth (approx. 1 min.), pour through a sieve, puree with the remaining ingredients.
