  • 1 carrots (ca. 100 g), in Stückli
  • 2 handful kale
  • 4.5 dl apple juice
  • 1 orange, geschält, in Stücken
  • 1 mango, geschält, entsteint, in Stücken
  • 1 apples, cut into pieces

  • Place the carrots, curly kale, apple, orange, mango and apple juice in a blending cup, puree on the highest setting for approx. 1 min. until the mixture is creamy.
