  • 1 carrots (approx. 100 g), cut into small pieces
  • 2 handsful kale
  • 4.5 dl apple juice
  • 1 orange, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 mangoes, peeled, pitted, cut into pieces
  • 1 apples, cut into pieces

  • Place the carrots, kale, apple, orange, mango and apple juice in a blending cup, puree on the highest setting for approx. 1 min. until creamy.
  • Tip:

    If you're not keen on kale, simply leave it out!
