  • Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 300 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. porcini, king oyster, oyster), quartered
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • Zopf bread
  • 4 slices zopf bread
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

  • Mushrooms

    Heat the clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the mushrooms, garlic and chilli pepper, fry for approx. 5 mins. Remove, mix the parsley in with the mushrooms.
  • Zopf bread

    Heat the butter and garlic in the same pan, fry the slices of bread for approx. 1 min. on each side. Top with the mushrooms.
  • Serve with:

    Leaf salad
