  • 300 g tagliatelle (Frischteigwaren)
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts mit dem Grün, Zwiebel fein gehackt, Grün in Ringen, beiseite gestellt
  • 1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, in ca. 3 cm lange Streifen
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 400 g rumpsteaks, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until just al dente, drain.
  • Heat the oil in the same pan, sauté the onions, garlic and courgette for approx. 5 mins., stir in the tagliatelle and crème fraîche, season, gently heat through.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 1 min., season with salt. Stir in the maple syrup and reserved green parts of the onions and arrange on the tagliatelle.
