Organic Almond Flour
The almonds for nu3 almond flour are cultivated in Spain under controlled biological conditions. During processing, the fat content is reduced by pressing, resulting in a partially oiled flour. Compared to wheat flour, almond flour has more protein and less carbohydrates. It is also rich in fiber and gluten-free. This is why it is also very suitable for celiac disease or a low carb diet. The almond flour can be used for cakes, waffles, pancakes and pizzas.
