Description
Reis - 60g roher Reis entspricht ca. 180g gekochtem Reis.
Notes on use
- Grundrezept (3-4 Personen): 1 EL Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und 1 gehackte Zwiebel darin andünsten. 400g Arborio Reis beigeben, mitdünsten und mit 2 dl Weisswein ablöschen. Risotto bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 25 Minuten unter gelegentlichem Rühren köcheln lassen, dabei nach und nach 8-10 dl Bouillon zufügen. Am Schluss mit Parmesan, Salz und Pfeffer würzen und servieren.
