Lacroix veal stock. Nice base for sauces and soups. 400ml.
What is "Glace"? "Glace" is a reduced stock that gives a glacy shimmer and improves the taste of meat and vegetable.

Storage

Not needed quantity can be refrigerated or frozen.

Notes on use

  • Boiling
    How to use Lacroix fonds? For sauces: Reduce fond to the half. Add butter until wished consistency is reached. Suggestion: add wine and fresh herbs to the sauce. For soups: Add vegetables or other ingredients to the fond (i.e. reverting to a recipe) How to use veal fond? Veal fond is ideal for nearly all white and bright sauces, soups, pies and jellies. Suggestions can be found on the product label.

    Sehr gut. Vielseitig verwendbar. Enthält Salz, kann daher nicht allzu stark eingekocht werden (Schade).

    Good and convenient - We normally keep a few of these at home to use when we don't have home-made stock. They are way better than bouillon.

    Achtung Geschmacksverstärker! - Es kocht sich so wunderbar mit diesem Fond. Nur leider auch hier wieder versteckten sich Geschmacksverstärker hinter dem Namen Hefeextrakt.... Schade.
