To me this looks everything but dry aged. It tasted good, but it's just normal meat. Maybe it is dry aged only one day, not sure... . Try to go to a butcher and ask for a >5 weeks dry aged meat and you'll see what I mean. This once comes sealed in plastic because it's all bloody, the dry aged meat looks more like a tick piece of prosciutto in my experience (just to explain the look). Don't look at the picture, it has nothing to do with the product. When I received it I actually thought a mistake had been made.

Metzger in den Ferien? 2 x 2.5 cm Bestellt, erhalten ca. 1 x 1,5cm und 1 x 3.5 cm... zum braten/grillen albtraumhaft. Das grössere Stück war zudem von 3 Seiten aus mit unkaubarer Sehne durchzogen, ergab ca. 150 Abfall (die Krähen haben sich immerhin gefreut), NIE WIEDER‼

Herrvorragend. Perfekt für auf den Grill - noch besser auf dem 800° Oberhitze Grill, da dort das Fett direkt schmilzt.
