    parfaitement gouteuse et tendre. On pourrait lui reprocher un prix trop élevé. Moins tendre mais aussi bon que le filet. Je préfère d'ailleurs.

    Auf jeder Seite kurz anbraten und 20 min. im Ofen bei 90 Grad vorgeheizt. Das Fleisch war wirklich Butterzart und hat vorzüglich geschmeckt. Super Qualität!
