Description

Swiss beef matured on the bone. Raised in animal-friendly enclosures. The animal’s feed is guaranteed to not include genetically modified organisms (GMO).

Naturafarm advantages: Origin: Switzerland – The animals are allowed to roam freely and are kept in specially designed stalls. Random inspections by the Swiss animal protection STS, on a regular basis.

Store at 5 °C maximum after purchase. Freezer durability (-18 °C or colder): approximately 3 months.

Preparation

  • Sear on each side for 1 minute. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Just before serving, sear again on both sides for 1 minute. As an alternative, sear on both sides for 1 minute and then cook for about 45 minutes in the oven at 80 degrees.

    Tip: slightly increase the temperature during the last 4 minutes of cooking time in the oven.

    Prodotto effettivamente deludente, nonostante la possibilità di specificare lo spessore del taglio, questo è molto approssimativo (nel mio caso quasi 5cm invece dei 2.5cm richiesti), rimane dunque un taglio molto alto all'osso, piuttosto secco e con parecchio tessuto connettivo. Le di dimensioni, a parte lo spessore, sono relativamente ridotte, approssimando 18x12cm. Può essere un caso dovuto al macellaio, ma di sicuro il prodotto non vale il suo prezzo.

    sehr schlechte Fleischqualittät, extrem trocken, ledrig, hoher Bindegewebsanteil. Preis/Leistung absolut indiskutabel.
