Protein Pizza is a carbohydrate-reduced pizza dough mix with a high protein content.
The dough is created in no time and can then be used at will. For healthy pizza enjoyment, this mixture is therefore perfect.
Store at room temperature and dry in a closed container.
Notes on use
Smooth 4 smoothed measuring spoons (250 g powder), 200 ml water and 30 ml oil for about 7 minutes to a smooth dough. Then roll out 2-3 mm thin. Then pierce the dough with a fork and let rest for 15 minutes. The pizza can then be filled at will. The pizza is baked at about 190 to 200 ° C for about 16 to 20 minutes. Since the crust tan is stronger than normal pizzas, the pizza should not be baked too long.
