Baking mix for making a pizza dough, with chia and psyllium seeds
The nu3 Fit Pizza baking mix is the perfect basis for a great pizza with extra protein. Instead of wheat flour, the baking mix contains almond protein and chia flour. These ingredients make it gluten-free but also low in carbohydrates. Psyllium husks provide extra fiber. The dough is prepared quickly and can then be topped to taste. Pizza without a guilty conscience!

Notes on use
Mix 90 g of baking mix with 100 ml of water. Quickly process because the water binds very fast. Knead the dough well. If the dough is still too sticky, add slightly more of the baking mixture. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Place a baking paper on a baking tray and roll the dough (0.5-1 cm thick).Before baking prick the dough with a fork several times. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (circulating air). Bake the dough for 15 minutes without toppings and then remove from the oven. Top the dough as you like and bake for another 15 minutes.
