Clear yellow with green tints, a fragrant nose with nuances of yellow fruit, elegant and fruity on the palate with a slight presence of residual sugar and discreet yeast notes. A perfect sparkling wine for an aperitif.
Jacob Emil Buess started making sparkling wine around 1926. In recent years the sparkling wine production has evolved into a small Tour de Suisse. Individual vintages from carefully selected wines from each region. A good opportunity to give a bottle as a gift.
