The Top 100 product range

In recent weeks, demand at coop@home has risen dramatically. Although we are greatly expanding our capacity, we cannot currently fully meet the steadily rising demand. We are therefore offering you an additional service: “Top 100”.

Our customers can select products from the range of our 100 most popular non-refrigerated articles. These will then be delivered by Swiss Post directly to your door in a few days.

It is very important to us to assist our loyal customers and also those people who belong to a risk group. We will therefore not levy a delivery charge for this additional service.

How it works: When visiting you decide whether to choose from our regular range and order with restricted delivery options (in many areas delivery slots are almost completely booked out). Alternatively, you can choose from our Top 100 non-refrigerated products and have these delivered by post to your home in just a few days.

Who can use this service?
This ordering option is intended primarily for the following people: People aged 65 or older, customers with an existing health condition or persons who are currently ill, in quarantine or in self-isolation.
This new ordering option is intended to take the pressure off our current delivery service.

How quickly can you deliver?
Our teams at the new central warehouse are working very hard to serve as many customers as possible. We aim to deliver orders in just a few days.
Delivery availability for next 3 days is always displayed. If no more delivery dates are visible, then they are already fully booked. We are constantly increasing our capacity and new delivery dates are added on a daily basis.

How is the delivery carried out?
Our deliveries are handled by the Swiss Post. Due to the current situation, your order will be delivered to the main entrance door (no floor delivery).

Can I order unlimited quantities of any product?
In order to offer our Top 100 products to all customers we have limited the number of products ordered to usual household quantities.

Which products are available?
The range of products comprises our Top 100 non-refrigerated products which are generally readily available.

Can I also purchase products from the regular coop@home product categories?
No. We have set up a new central warehouse for this service. The Top 100 non-refrigerated products are available here in large quantities and are prepared for shipping directly at the warehouse. It is therefore not possible to order other products from the standard range.

Is your Top 100 service also available with the app?
Unfortunately the Top 100 service is not available with our coop@home app. However, you can access the service with your mobile browser by going to the coop@home website at any time and thus benefit from our Top 100.

Can I make my purchase in stages?
No, unfortunately not. We are also continuously expanding our Top 100 capacity. However, it might be possible that delivery dates are fully booked. A delivery date selected before you place your order remains reserved for you as long as you do not close your browser window. We therefore recommend that you do not interrupt your shopping and that you complete your order soon after selecting your delivery date.

Why don't you deliver refrigerated products?
In order to make this new service available quickly to our customers, we are working in a non-refrigerated logistics centre.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge for all customers.

What payment options are available?
The usual payment methods are available, with the exception of “payment on site”.

Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order for Top 100 orders is CHF 69.-

Can I earn Superpoints and collect Trophy and other points?
Your Superpoints will be credited automatically if you have saved your Supercard number in your coop@home customer account. It is not possible to have Superpoints credited subsequently if your Supercard number has not been saved.
To guarantee rapid processing of orders, it is unfortunately not possible to issue Trophy and other points for the “Herb Garden Adventure” with Top 100 orders.
