Degustation notes

Deep, dark ruby red. Intensive berry-laden nose with vanilla and other spices, dried plum, licorice and cocoa, a well-structured, attractively fruity palate. Nicely balanced with good concentration, showing interesting aromatic complexity and good tannins at the finish.


Expovina 2015 - Silver

Special notes

Aged for 8 months in oak barrels. One of the best Sicilian red wines, also known as Calabrese, which concludes its Calabrian origin. The Nero d'Avola wine lends itself well to barrel ageing.

    cuvée 2012 décevante - Vin que je connais bien habituellement excellent, mais la cuvée 2012 déçoit, trop acide en bouche, âcre.
