Goes well with

Paella, strong tasting meat dishes, lamb, salty cheese

Degustation notes

Garnet red colour, an intense caramel bouquet, leather, undergrowth and small black fruit, an attack on the palate marked by highlycompact sweet fruit extracts, fine aromatic concentration, refined, velvety tannins and a very long finish. A classic Rioja Grand Reserva, with character to spare.

Special notes

Matures for two years in barrels and three years in bottles. The history of Campo Viejo dates back to the creation of the Rioja region.
