Clear garnet colour, a concentrated bouquet of very ripe fruit that evokes dried grapes, rich in aromas of Mediterranean spices, anelegant wine, roundness and finesse accompanied by mature notes and balanced tannins. A classic wine.
After the harvest, the grapes used to produce a Sforzato are dried for three months in the open air, the resulting must is sparse and concentrated. Aged for 18 months in wooden barrels.
