Degustation notes
An intense bouquet of ripe fruit with notes of red berries, medium body on the palate, full and supple, good structure, evident tannins in good concentration with pleasant spicy notes at the finish.
Special notes
Salgesch - red wine capital of Valais. A collapse of the mountain during prehistory, provided the land with a particularly high calcium and magnesium content, which is the reason for such strong red wine presence (87%), of which Pinot Noir represents 82%. Red AOCwine from the Valais is made strictly from Pinot Noir or a blend of red grapes, that must reach at least 83° Oechsle. This blend must be composed of at least 85% Pinot Noir and Gamay, with a majority of Pinot Noir.
