Bright light yellow colour, a very frank nose that opens into a bouquet of fruity citrus aromas with hints of limestone, typical characteristics of a good Chablis, a dry, mineral palate with a flexible structure, classic with a slightly bitter finish, a complex yet harmonious wine.

Special notes

This Chablis is grown on a total surface area of 4000 hectares. Its classification results in four quality levels. 7 zones: Grand Cru, Blanchots, Bougros, Clos, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur and Vausdésir. The best Premier Cru zones: Coast Léchet, Fourchaume, Montde Milieu, Montée de Tonnere, Montmains and The Vaillons - Chablis and Petit Chablis.     Ein schöner Abschluss eines Altweibersommertages - Sonntag, ein schöner sonniger Altweiber-Sommertag.
    Knuspriges würziges Grillpoulet, Reis, Salat, eine saftige Melone.
    Dazu dieser schöne Chablis, genau richtig in seiner Intensität.

    Kein Apéro-Wein, doch ein schöner Wein zu einem leichten Essen, wo
    man gerne mal auf einen Roten verzichten möchte.
