Clear lemon-yellow. Fragrant bouquet with a hint of flintstone, yeast, fresh lemons and grape sugar. Fresh on the palate with intense fruits and balanced, elegant body.

The Château d’Allaman vineyard - which, at 15 hectares, is big by Swiss standards - boasts very varied soils that are suited to numerous vines. Today, the white varieties Chasselas, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer and the red Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret and Garanoir are grown here. Head winemaker Caspar Eugster is responsible for maintaining the ideally located vineyard on a gentle slope overlooking Lake Geneva. The terroir, tradition and stock combined with the knowledge and skills of the winemaker and his consultant oenologist Thierry Ciampi are what give the wines from Château d’Allaman their impressive complexity and high quality for which the estate is renowned.
