Special notes

Located in the Alto Monferrato hills, at an altitude ranging between 200 and 400 meters in the southern part of the Province of Asti, the vineyards face south-east. The vines grow in clay and limestone soils: cultivated in the Guyot style in the Piedmont tradition, the vines are an average of 20 years of age and are planted at 4000 to 4500 per hectare. The yield is: 7700 liters/hectare. Fermentation in temperature-controlled pressurized vats with the addition of R2 yeast. The fermentation is stopped by cooling followed byfiltration in order to ensure the highest possible natural residual sugar content.

    Ausgezeichnet!
