Degustation notes

Very pale yellow colour, a dominant floral bouquet with spicy notes, pome fruit, fresh on the palate, discreet minerality, with a light body and crisp acidity, dry and spicy at the finish.

Special notes

DOC is the white wine designation from the region that defines the two Italian provinces of Umbria and Lazio. The area includes approximately 2500 hectares of vineyards. The Orvieto Classico area, with its 1500 hectares is located near the town of Orvieto, to thenorth along the Paglia, and south along the Tiber, in the direction of Lazio.

    Der Classico zeigt sich im Glas hellgelb mit einem Stich ins Goldfarbene. Sein Bukett wirkt fein und intensiv. Es enthält reiche Noten frischer Früchte. Der Geschmack ist delikat, leicht und elegant, sehr sauber.

    Gut zum... - Kochen und Mixen. Super Preis. Zum Trinken.... na ja, geht, theoretisch. Aber nicht wirklich ein Genuss. Tip: 50:50 mit Café de Paris Mousseux Litchi (oder ähnliches) mischen und sehr kalt als Sommerdrink servieren. Genial!
