A light lemon yellow, fine, delicate bouquet with mineral and somewhat yeasty notes, fresh on the palate with a little carbonic gas, full of finesse with an abundance of fruit, good mouthfeel, pleasantly soft on the finish.

Special notes

Provins is a cooperative that was formed in 1930, in the middle of a difficult period for viniculture in general. The producers formed small groups to establish a company whose primary objective was to vinify its products. They also began developing a structure to market their products. Today, Provins is the leading manufacturer of Swiss wines; we account for roughly 23% of production in Valais and 10% of Swiss production. More than 4,400 partners who supply grapes place their trust in the cooperatives and deliver around 10,000,000 kilos of grapes each year.
