Dark purple colour, a bouquet of red berry aromas, fine nuances of wood and hints of aromatic herbs, medium concentration in the mouth, balanced, delicate fruity flavours into the finish with prominent tannins.
Special notes
Mouton Cadet's reputation is no longer in question. The little brother of the great Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Pauillac Premier Grand Cru Classé, is not part of the elite, this is true, but its finesse and complexity make it quite a pleasant and enjoyable wine to drink.
