Degustation notes

Bright ruby colour, a very typical Pinot nose with nice fruitiness, aromas of ripe berries, slightly bubbly on the attack and a hint of acidity before evolving to being medium bodied, supple and expansive, with delicate spicy notes, typical of Pinot, a pleasant length that returns to fruitiness.

Special notes

In Maisprach, in the canton of Basel-Country, the presence of wine production is confirmed in 1328. 11.5 hectares of vineyards, mostly planted with Pinot Noir but also Riesling-Silvaner. Buess company markets most of the wine, thus contributing to its important reputation.
