Degustation notes

Supported ruby colour, a tonic bouquet of blackberries and cherries, an interesting cedar and juniper berry nose, spicy berry palate, accompanied by easily recognizable woody notes, delicate tannins, medium build and a very long finish.

Special notes

Owner: Germain Siloret. Eric Fournier took over the management in 1981. The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats and matured inwooden barrels. The vineyard area covers 8 hectares.
