A sustained ruby colour, an exuberant bouquet of red fruit, a touch of fruit soaked in rum, cherry flavours and an elegant touch ofroasted aromas, an ample body with ripe yet discreet tannins, elegant acidity and a long finish. Decanting is recommended.

Stalking, cold maceration for 2 days at 7°C to produce an aromatic wine. Fermentation at 26-28°C with frequent pumping to release tannins and skin pigment.
