Degustation notes

Dark purple colour, a concentrated nose of ripe fruit, supported by spicy notes, roasted and vanilla aromas recalling the barrel, with hints of stewed fruit, blackberries and prunes; classic in the mouth, nice body, powerful tannins, compact and well-balanced, full-bodied and concentrated, with a typical, slightly bitter finish; a beautiful Chianti, distinguished by its modernity.

Special notes

The "Chianti-Classico cadaster"" lists some 7,000 hectares of vines, about 25% of which is of the highest italian quality. Chianti Classico, the oldest production in the municipal areas is located partially in the provinces of Siena and Florence. Composition: Sangiovese (75-100%), Canaiolo Nero (max. 10%) and Trebbiano or Malvasia del Chianti (max. 6%).

    Chianti zum Bistecca alla Griglia - Klares tiefes Rubin. Saubere, ausgeprägte Nase mit intensiven Kirsch-Aromen und Noten von Pfeffer und Leder. Am Gaumen trocken mit hoher Säure und viel Tannin. Wiederum sehr würzige, ledrige Aromatik mit schoner rotbeeriger Frucht. Langer Abgang. Der Rocca Guicciarda repräsentiert die Toscana perfekt und passt mit seinem herben Charme perfekt zur Toskanischen Küche. Insbesondere zum Bistecca alla Griglia!
