Golden yellow colour, a richly aromatic honey bouquet, dried apricots, cooked plums, nuances of acacia flowers, a concentrated palate with just the right amount of sweetness and aromatic intensity, reminiscent of apricot jam, elegant, complex but well balanced.

Special notes

This fine dessert wine comes from the Araldica Vini Piemontesi from one of the most prestigious wine areas in Italy: Piedmont. Senor Piemontesi is considered one of Italy's most ambitious thinkers and his wines regularly capture the attention of the Gambero Rosso. A Passito wine is made from dried grapes. The grapes are dried either by being left on the vines after harvest or on straw or special mats. This type of wine has been produced in Italy since ancient times, with a method that achieves very concentrated flavours. After two months in oak barrels, this wine matures for a year in bottles. The noble, sweet Moscato vintage provides its fine flavours of sweet dried grapes, recalling apricots and candied fruit. Rich sweetness, fine acidity and a hint of oak on the palate, blend a delicious symphony of taste, that goes particularly well with chocolate. """That will make the angels sing...
