Degustation notes

A pleasant bouquet typical of a Gewürztraminer, exotic scents with hints of melon and rose, a lively attack on the palate marked bythe presence of carbonation, a clearly perceptible sweetness and nice acidity, ample, full of character, with a gentle residual persistence.

Special notes

The Auggen cooperative of winemakers of which 400 vintners cultivate 280 hectares of vines in accordance with the ecological viticulture regulation guidelines. Areas that are known in Auggen are "Schaf" and "Letten". Covering an area of 180 hectares, the "Schaf", named after its white limestone soil, first produces a fresh Gutedel and a fruity Müller-Thurgau. On 60 hectares in "Letten", an area with a steep south-facing slope and heavy, fertile soil, vineyards thrive with a generous planting of Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), which produce round and voluminous wines. Late harvest - should be harvested later than the main harvest. Minimum weight of the must should be between 85 and 90 Oechlsé.

horrible - horrible wine, overprices no taste, nothing to do with a serious Gewutraminer
