A dominant nose of flowers that evolves into nuances of caramel, subtle hints of lime, pleasant freshness on the palate with delicate yeast notes, round and powerful in the mouth, with lovely mineral nuances at the finish.
Special notes
An important Lavaux winegrowing commune that covers 52 hectares. The share of white wine is 90%, exclusively Chasselas, and the redis 10% shared between Pinot Noir and Gamay.
