Light yellow colour, a mineral bouquet with flint aromas, very soft in the mouth, refined with extensive aromatic diversity, elegant and balanced with good intensity. A Dézaley with lots of character.

Special notes

The Lavaux wine region is known for its distinguished Chasselas. The vines are planted on steep terraces overlooking Lake Geneva. The vineyard area is 29.6 hectares. 3/4 are planted with white grapes, mostly Chasselas, and 1/4 with red grapes, mainly Pinot Noir and Gamay. The Louis Bovard family from Cully have been cultivating the vineyards on the shores of Lake Geneva for centuries. Property in Lavaux: 16 hectares and 1 hectare in Aigle.
