Bright pale yellow colour with green reflections, a complex nose that opens with aromas of pear, peach and ripe citrus, with a hintof honey, very fruity and spicy on the palate, beautifully balanced, with lovely freshness, dry and biting with good length. Enjoy chilled.

Special notes

Founded in 1988, the Pazo San Mauro winery is located in Salvaterra de Mino, at the heart of the Rias Baixas vineyard appellation, near the Atlantic coast, on the banks of the Minho river.
