Degustation notes

Nice floral nose backed by notes of yeast, accompanied by delicate linden and flint aromas, nice and round on the attack, delicately mineral, ample and strong on the palate, lingering at the finish.

Special notes

The Lavaux wine region is known for its distinguished Chasselas. The vines are planted on steep terraces overlooking Lake Geneva. The St-Saphorin commune's vineyard area is 29.6 hectares, 3/4 is occupied by whites, mostly Chasselas, and 1/4 by the red, mainly Pinot Noir and Gamay. The Louis Bovard family from Cully has cultivated vineyards on the shores of Lake Geneva for centuries. Lavaux property: 16 hectares and 1 hectare in Aigle.
